They have identified 10 centers of good esthetic practice in India, scrutinized them and certified them for giving a fellowship to fresh plastic surgeons for cosmetic and esthetic surgery training under them hands-on. 

Elegance clinic is one of the trained centers in India that is certified to provide this type of IAAPS-accredited fellowship.  A plastic surgeon will get a certificate of training and hands-on in aesthetic surgery which is duly certified by IAAPS at the end of the fellowship.
